Service Description

Dynamic Yoga Flow suitable for those with some prior yoga experience wanting to gain stamina, strength and flexibility from a faster paced class with some challenging asana. A deep relaxation follows the class to ensure you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For Treatments Appointments please give me the opportunity to re-book your appointment if you can no longer attend by notifying me no later than 48 hours in advance (cancellation charges apply within 48 hours of appointment 50% of fee charged/within 24 hours of appointment 100% fee charged).
