Service Description

A gentle slow paced class suitable for suitable for both beginners & those with existing experience. After a gentle warm up we moved to a slow paced flow bringing movement and flexibility to the body. A relaxation completes the class to ensure you leave feeling refreshed and calm.

Cancellation Policy: For Treatments Appointments please give me the opportunity to re-book your appointment if you can no longer attend by notifying me no later than 48 hours in advance (cancellation charges apply within 48 hours of appointment 50% of fee charged/within 24 hours of appointment 100% fee charged).
