WHAT DOES A SOLUTION-FOCUSED
HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION FEEL LIKE?
Many people wonder, "Will I be out of control during hypnosis?" The answer is absolutely not!
Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed state, much like being absorbed in a good book or daydream.
The first half of each session is spent sitting talking with me using Psychotherapeutic methods and you will be guided through a structured series of questions which we discuss & explore together. The second half of the session is where you get to relax and we use hypnosis to embed and deepen the psychotherapeutic effects.

My clients really enjoy their sessions. We navigate ways for you to take small steps forward during the psychotherapy section which is positive & empowering and then during the relaxation. Clients describe hypnosis as feeling like a warm, peaceful meditation.

We will discuss and explore new approaches together and during the relaxation hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind, but you remain fully aware and engaged throughout.

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is designed for rapid, lasting change.
Most clients see positive transformation within 6-12 sessions, but this can vary depending on your needs and some clients need more.
Sessions are ideally weekly, and you can choose between:

I offer an initial consultation (1 hour) free of charge, where we discuss your goals, how the process works, and whether hypnotherapy is the right fit for you.
Initial Consultation (1hr) – FREE
Full Session (1hr) – £90
Package of 6 Sessions – £450
Smoking/Vaping Cessation (2hr session) – £325
There is no obligation to continue after the free consultation, this is simply an opportunity for you to explore whether this approach feels right for you.
