YOGA ROOTED IN PRACTICE, PASSION & PLAYFULLNESS
I’ve practiced yoga for over 30 years, beginning in London and now continuing here in beautiful Cambridge. My journey has taken me through many styles, but one thing remains constant: yoga has been a source of strength, clarity, and joy.

After completing my 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in both the UK and the USA, I now lead classes that draw from Jivamukti, Vinyasa, and Restorative/Yin Yoga. My teaching blends the physical challenge of movement with the deep rest of stillness, creating space for both strength and softness.

IN MY CLASSES?
My classes are welcoming, inclusive, and small in size, allowing space for everyone to feel seen, supported, and safe, no matter your experience or flexibility level.

Each class is thoughtfully sequenced and supported by beautiful music, uplifting energy, and a sense of community. Whether you're flowing through Vinyasa, unwinding in Yin, or exploring breathwork, the aim is always the same: to reconnect body and mind.
A strong, flexible body supports a strong, flexible mind, and it’s my joy to share that with others.

WE DO YOGA?
You’ll find me teaching yoga in and around Cambridge, as well as from my cosy home studio in Trumpington. When the weather’s kind, I love practicing in the garden, often joined by my two curious spaniels!
